EasyNiche Installation
EasyNicheTM installs easily and quickly into 90mm deep timber framing prior to the wallboard (or Villaboard) being fitted.
- Step1: add extra blocking to wall frame
- Step 2: place EasyNiche into cavity
- Step 3: install wallboard to finish flush with outside edge of EasyNiche. Screw EasyNiche into wall framing.
- Step 4: apply membrane tape connection between outside surface of EasyNiche and wallboard.
- Step 5: apply interlayer membrane to inside (recessed) area of EasyNiche.
The EasyNiche and shower wall area are now ready to be tiled.
